Our dancers Shannon Pape, Tyler Watkins, Alyssa Paters, Michelle Peters, Jessie Meck, and guest dancer Aubrie Winters danced backing up American Idol singer Stefano Langone. Co Choreographed by Pam Rossi and Shannon Pape. This was an amazing experience for the dancers to go before the cameras in front of live audience on Hollywood Blvd.

On Sunday February the 5th at 2:00-3:00p.m. We will be having actors Mark Hapka from Days of Our Lives and Hannah Montana. Linsey Godfrey from CSI Miami and Wizards of Waverly Place. Jennifer Stone from Wizards of Waverly Place and Mean Girls 2. Gregg Sulkin from Disneys Avalon High and Wizards of Waverly place will be here at the dance studio to answer any questions you may have for them that is related to the movie and television industry.
A great opportunity to hear and learn from these very talented artists. Everyone is welcome.

Three of our dancers Tyler Watkins, Courney Scarr and Cynthia Zook performed for Short Film for producer Trey Christian. The dancers were dressed in colorful fun outfits. Choreographer Chino taught them some cool and fast moves.
The dancers had a great experience in front of the camera. Director of photography was Jerry Evans. We will keep you updated when we will be able to view the film.

Jaime Randall started dancing at the early age of two in Kansas City, Kansas. At eighteen she moved to Los Angeles to continue her training at a professional level. She was awarded a year long Scholarship to EDGE Performing Arts Center in 2003. After her year on scholarship she was represented by BLOC agency. She has worked with numerous musical artists in her career such as Gwen Stefani, The Blood Arm, and My Chemical Romance. She has performed with the Commonality Dance Company in their 2004 showcase. Some other live performances/Television appearances include “TEN” and “Musicals”- EDGE P.A.C Annual Showcase, “Quite Scenic”, – The Pindown Girls, “Carnival; Choreographer’s Ball”, “The Chaos Tour”- My Chemical Romance, and “Mr. Romance” OXYGEN. She has worked with many choreographer’s such as Scott Hislop, Brian Friedman, Andre Fuentes, Adam Parson, Tabitha and Naploeon D’Umo, and JT Hornstein for various events. She worked for Los Angeles Danceforce Convention for 7 years and is continuing her love of choreographing by teaching dance in Costa Mesa, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark and Huntington Beach, California.

Has had such a passion for theater. She has played various parts in Ragtime, Camelot, Footloose ,Oliver, Fame, West Side Story, Annie Get your Gun, Bye Bye Birdie to name a few. She has been trained dramatically and vocally every since her young school days. She trained with David Ralph for dramatic acting at SVCAC and Dean Thompson for vocal. She performed in jazz ensemble with Dana Crooks, and vocal jazz club with Colleen Keene. She has performed at the No HO London various shows such as Let Me Entertain You, Delovelies, and A Diva Christmas Carol produced by Catrina Q. Kaelia has also wrote and directed a play for the Atherwood Elementry School and enjoys working with children. She took from various teachers learning piano for over nine years and she attended Moorpark College.

Christian Vincent Choreographer/Dancer/Actor

Biography
While growing up in Windsor, Ontario, Vincent had several interests as a child, ranging from karate to painting and drawing. He later discovered his passion for dance and eventually enrolled at Butler University, where he received his BFA, with cum laude honors.
Vincent later moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a dancer and choreographer. As a dancer/choreographer, Vincent has toured and performed with Madonna, Ashanti, Ricky Martin, and Britney Spears. Vincent has also choreographed several commercials for Target and Kellogs.
Vincent has also appeared in the films She’s All That, Rent, Starsky & Hutch, the television series Smallville, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Arrested Development, MADtv, The George Lopez Show, Baywatch, and Cold Case. He has also acted in a Bellsouth television commercial, as well as for Oral-B, and was a background dancer in Madonna’s “Don’t Tell Me” music video. Vincent recently starred in Noah’s Arc: Jumping the Broom and Center Stage: Turn It Up Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous Buffy the Vampire Slayer,The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas
to name a few. Christian is also on the teaching staff of the well known dance convention LA Dance Magic.

Dancers Go To Nationals

Local Dancers SHINE at Dance Nationals
Dancers from local Moorpark studio, Pam Rossi’s Dance Ten, attended the Move National Finals in Palm Springs, CA and came home with numerous awards including two National Championships. Elizabeth Sutton,16, was awarded Top Senior Soloist with her dance “The Chain” choreographed by Michael Williams. Deanna Okada, 18, Elizabeth Sutton, 16, and Emily Sutton,14, swept the Senior Duo/Trio division with their dance number, “Heavy in Your Arms”, choreographed by Shannon Pape.
Four group numbers were amongst the elite top groups and asked to compete again in the final dance off competition. Competing in the Petite 8 & under division was “Move” choreographed by Rachel DuBusky. “My Song” choreographed by Val Manchin represented the Teen 12-14 division and Senior 15 & over division had the Small Group “Come Together” choreographed by Rachel DuBusky and Large Group “Journey” choreographed by Michael Williams. All four group numbers came home with prize monies for their efforts.

Talented Hip Hop Teacher

Gev Manourkian will be teaching at Dance Ten this summer. Gev is from the hit TV show ” So You Think You Can Dance.” Gev travels and teaches all over the United States and he will be here for the summer to share his talents with our students.Gevorg Manoukian (born September 15, 1986), Armenian/Russian hip hop and break dancer. Originally from Kazakhstan, Manoukian is now living in Centerville, Utah. He performed in High School Musical 2 . He then auditioned for season 4 and successfully qualified as a finalist beating out future season 5 runner up Brandon Bryant. He was paired with Courtney Galiano. He was eliminated in the top 10. Manoukian was also in the MTV musical American Mall.
In November 2010, Gev performed at the 2010 American Music Awards with Pink to her hit song Raise Your Glass.
