Master classes will be Thursday Intermediate July 14,21, 6:30-7:30 and Advanced at 7:30-8:30p.m.

Moorpark Country Days Parade

Bright colors inspired 80′s style dancing. Performers with lots of incredible energy make their way down the streets of Moorpark during the yearly celebration of Moorpark Country Days. Our dancers stepped it up to a medley of 1980 tunes and the crowd cheered and smiled as the performers and Dance Ten truck passed by.

Dancers Support Rockettes Christmas Spetacular

Dance Ten Dancers went to the Santa Monica Pier to cheer and kick with the Rockettes in support for charity. The Rockettes Christmas Spectacular will be coming to Los Angeles at the Nokia Theater in December. Some of our dancers are very excited to be going to see the Rockettes perform. Have you have ever tried to dance in a kick line? Have you ever tried to be very precise in your lines and technique to match your team or dance company? If so, you know what it takes, lots of rehearsal and a lot of dedication to get that kick line to be very precise. That is what the Rockettes accomplish in their routines and that is what makes them so unique and famous.

Rockettes Kicking Across America

Our dancers joined in a celebration with the world-famous Rockettes in an event, “Kicking Across America”, held at the Santa Monica Pier. This event started in New York and traveled coast to coast to Los Angeles all in one day. At 1 million kicks, Radio City donated thousands of tickets to the Garden of Dreams Foundation, which will provide children from local charities with the unforgettable opportunity to see the Christmas Spectacular.

Dancers Showcase Their Talents

Dancers, singers and actors performed with their hearts in a very entertaining show. The show consisted of all styles of dance. Jazz,Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Contemporary. Our Gymnastics class flip-floped inside out and upside down with their amazing tricks. The Musical Theater students graced the stage and entertained us with a song from Hairspray. Congratulations everyone, you did it!

Simi Valley Relay For Life

Dance Ten is a proud supporter in cancer research and supporters for Relay for Life. Our dancers and friends and families will be walking with team Make a Wish on Saturday October 24th and 25th in Simi Valley. We will be dancing the night away in better hopes for a cure:) Come join us!

Actor Gregg Sulkin stopped by the studio to pick up a few dance steps and support Moorpark Civic Ballets Fundraiser. Gregg is from England. You can see Gregg playing Selena Gomez boyfriend on the TV show “Wizards of Waverly”

Dancers Go To Lunch With Celebrity Samantha Droke

Dancers and Actors Chloe Dequet, Amelie Dequet and Macey Alexander won a lunch with Actress Samantha Droke through Moorpark Civic Ballets Fundraiser. The dancers had lunch and they were able to ask Samantha some questions about her career as an actress. She also shared some of her experiences that she had on a TV show she just had finished.

Variety Power of Youth

Dancers from our dance studio will be performing with Naturi Noughton (Artist from the Fame Movie) at the Paramount New York City backlot for one of the biggest block parties in Hollywood. They will be dancing to the theme music ‘Fame’ and ‘Out here on my own’ which Naturi performed in the movie in support of Starlight Foundation. The day will be reconizing other teen celebrities such as CORBIN BLEU, MIRANDA COSGROVE, JESSE MCCARTNEY, ANNALYNNE MCCORD & KEKE PALMER.
